Housing Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housing Compliance Specialist to support our team in managing LIHTC and HUD Section 8 recertifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RealPage / OneSite software and a strong understanding of affordable housing compliance requirements. Schedule : MondayFriday 9 AM5 PM

Key Responsibilities

Conduct annual and interim recertifications for LIHTC and HUD Section 8 programs
Review and verify resident eligibility documentation
Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with program regulations
Enter and update resident data in RealPage / OneSite
Communicate with residents regarding required documentation and deadlines
Collaborate with property management staff to ensure compliance with federal and state housing regulations
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience with LIHTC and HUD Section 8 compliance is required

Proficiency in RealPage / OneSite software

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with affordable housing regulations and documentation standards

Additional Information : Training will be minimal; prior experience is essential
