This role involves preparing accurate and competitive quotes for residential and light commercial HVAC installations, repairs, restoration, and remodeling projects. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Evaluate blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate quotes
• Communicate directly with homeowners, contractors, and project managers to gather scope and clarify needs
• Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables
• Order necessary parts and equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation
• Assist in project scheduling and workflow optimization
• Provide support during project execution to ensure adherence to budget and scope
