Data Abstractor

A company is looking for a STS Intermacs Data Abstractor.

Key Responsibilities

Abstracts data following project parameters and industry guidelines

Stays updated on abstraction requirements and consults resources as needed

Participates in registry operations tasks and meets defined quality and productivity standards

Required Qualifications

Two or more years of current abstraction experience in the STS Intermacs Database Registry

Proficient in clinical registry data abstraction specifications and software systems

RN, RHIA / RHIT, or CPHQ certification preferred

Exposure to quality improvement concepts and processes preferred

Ability to work independently
