Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living
• Engage with Multi-Disciplinary Teams : Work collaboratively with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care
• Coach Patients and Caregivers : Provide education on therapy techniques that encourage continuous improvement at home
• Evaluate Progress and Document Outcomes : Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure patient success
