Description

Sales Support Cashier Responsibilities

• Greet Customer Upon Entry to the store
• Answer all incoming calls to Baillios
• Work alongside the sales staff to complete the overall experience to customers
• Responsible for calling and contacting customers to schedule delivery/installation
• Responsible for ensuring product is in inventory, waiting to be released by warehouse
• Responsible for working with Sales Staff for all customer product that is on backorder
• Communicate all delays in a project to customer, internal operations persons, and sales
• Ensures no product leaves the warehouse without payment in full. Follow up with Sales
• Work with delivery and warehouse to schedule committed deliveries with the customers
• Point of contact with the delivery team regarding any circumstances or obstacles they are confronted with
• Manage damaged product process

Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to use computers for data entry and processing.
• Strong communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.
