Role Description

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to join our team in Plano, TX. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our EHR solutions for healthcare providers.

The Implementation Manager will coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our systems. Responsibilities include managing implementation projects, conducting client training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction throughout the transition process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end EHR implementation projects for new clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique workflows and requirements.
• Configure the EHR system to align with client needs.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare providers and staff.
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to ensure successful adoption.
• Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to resolve any implementation issues.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
