Business Strategy Advisor + Support major business transformation initiatives across Fiserv, such as product operating model transformation, etc. + Partner with multiple business units to identify new opportunities such as new products, market entry, process improvement, etc. that drive P&L improvement + Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and remove barriers to ensure team success

Program and Product Support + Drive program and product priorities forward through strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight + Develop business case and strategic frameworks for new initiatives and products + Monitor program performance and provide strategic recommendations for course correction

Executive Reporting and Analysis + Prepare executive-level reports and presentations linking strategic initiatives to P&L performance and business outcomes + Synthesize complex business data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations + Support board presentations and investor communications with focus on business results and growth strategy

Salary Range $97,500.00 - $164,400.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
