Core responsibilities

• MIG weld a range of metal components to specification
• Interpret blueprints and welding specifications to plan and execute work
• Set up and operate welding equipment including MIG welders, torches, and hand tools
• Use press brakes, cranes, and related equipment to fabricate metal parts
• Support machining and rigging activities as needed
• Perform soldering and pipe threading when required
• Maintain strict safety standards and a tidy workspace
