$25 / hr + Overtime eligible

About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll serve as the frontline connection between the company and its customers — answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What You’ll Do :
Respond to inbound calls about product inquiries, pricing, orders, returns, and general support issuesManage email communication with customers and process damage claimsMake outbound calls and assist with placing new ordersCollaborate with other departments to resolve issues quickly and accuratelyUpdate customer information in the support databaseProvide on-site support at the Dallas showroom during market eventsWhat We’re Looking For
2+ years in a customer support or call center roleExperience in retail, wholesale, or home décor industries is a plusStrong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsExcellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized with strong follow-up skillsWillingness to travel locally during showroom marketsEducation : High school diploma or equivalent requiredIf you’re passionate about customer experience and ready to join a dynamic team in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
