Cafe Cook Duties and Responsibilities Preparing meals using menu recipes Abide by all State and Federal health and safety regulations Prepping items & Daily Specials Basic BOH duties  Other duties as assigned by management Cafe Cook Requirements and Qualifications Highly Motivated Self Starter Ability to work with industrial kitchen equipment Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, & evenings.

Dependable Able to lift 50-lbs unassisted Standing for long periods Food Certification is a plus!
