Audit and Accounting Supervisor

Position Overview

The Accounting & Auditing Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and completing multiple client engagements while ensuring all deliverables are accurate, organized, and compliant with applicable standards. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, manages engagement teams, and provides mentorship and oversight to staff accountants.

The ideal candidate is a strong generalist in accounting, auditing, and tax matters (as applicable), with a commitment to technical excellence and professional integrity. This position also includes opportunities to contribute to team development by sharing technical expertise and leading training sessions on accounting updates, audit standards, and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Management

• Plan, supervise, and complete accounting and auditing engagements for a range of clients including for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
• Review workpapers and ensure all deliverables meet firm standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Manage engagement budgets, monitor progress, and document reasons for budget variances.
• Prepare and review client correspondence and financial reports.

Pay Details : $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
