Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Service team member to help with the handling of all facets of customer service and order entry in our Omro office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of customer support tasks.

Job duties include, but not limited to :

• Assist customers via phone calls, emails and other written communications.
• Processing customer and supplier orders within ERP system.
• Assist in managing customer records and files.
• Update paperwork and databases.
• Create documents, including correspondence and reports.
