Job Overview : Join our client's team in Ft Lauderdale, FL as a Workday HRIS Business Analyst, where you'll leverage your technical expertise to optimize their Workday environment. You'll ensure accurate payroll processing, enhance time tracking systems, and contribute to overall operational efficiency while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Accounting, and Finance teams to understand business needs and implement Workday solutions
- Lead system testing for upgrades, patches, and new Workday releases while conducting thorough regression testing
- Train internal team members on new processes and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Ensure accurate job costing for projects through coordination with financial controllers and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain data integrity
REQUIREMENTS :
Experience configuring Workday modules for payroll, time tracking, projects, and general ledger interfaceStrong technical background in finance and accounting with practical experience in high-volume hourly labor industriesProficiency in Workday integration and certification (preferred but not required) with knowledge of systems like ADP, Oracle, SAP, and Kronos
