Director of Revenue Cycle Management

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to oversee revenue operations and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end revenue operations including claims submission, payment posting, denials, and collections

Optimize workflows in the external RCM platform, ensuring data accuracy and high collection performance

Analyze data to identify operational issues and report RCM performance to finance and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

6-8 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management

Demonstrated success in improving key RCM metrics

Hands-on experience with EHR, clearinghouse, and billing integrations

Proven ability to manage vendors and lead RCM teams

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
