Job Title : Part-Time Data Entry Clerk

Type : Short-Term Contract (1–4 months)

Schedule : Part-time, 25–30 hours per week (Flexible hours between 8am–5pm)

Pay Rate : $20–$23 / hour

About the Role :

Our client is a trusted provider of calibration and lab services, is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support their San Diego lab team while a team member is out on leave. This short-term contract role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Enter calibration data into our calibration management software to create and update customer and equipment records.
• Manage and process calibration work reports submitted by technicians.
• Create and update work orders and coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure accurate documentation and certificate creation.
• Revise records as needed per QA requirements.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phones, sorting, scanning, and electronic filing of documents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
