Our Pasta Cooks maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. They ensure the timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items. Cooks support line checks and complete prep par sheets each shift. They prepare all necessary items for their station and practice safe / sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment. They maintain proper equipment temperatures and perform station opening / closing and side work duties each shift.

Requirements include three to six months of related experience or training.
