Purpose of Position :

The mission of the Business Operations organization is to provide support services for the National Sales team via billing, project, and vendor management. Develop workflow continuity with our boundary partners to establish efficiencies by improving communication to minimize duplication. This position offers the opportunity to contribute in multiple areas throughout our Pacific Northwest region.

Responsibilities include :

• Collecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.
• Analyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Coordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems.
• Provide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes.
• Educates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results.

The base hourly salary range for this position is $22-$25, opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington, Oregon, and California and may not be applicable to other locations.
