Overview
As a Financial Performance Analyst, you\'ll be working to ensure the financial success of some of the nation\'s largest and most successful healthcare organizations by monitoring their operational metrics and providing meaningful analysis. We take a proactive approach to our customers\' finances by tracking key performance indicators and offering best practices. You will be given ownership of customer relationships early on and will be expected to lead discussions with and impact the decision making of healthcare executives. You\'ll need the analytical skills and attention to detail to isolate potential financial risks for our customers as well as the communication and relationship management skills to effectively convey those risks. By applying numerical analysis to our customers\' financial concerns and evaluating and analyzing revenue cycle risk factors, you\'ll have a direct impact on the transformation of the healthcare industry.

Qualifications
