Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from intake and sourcing to offer and close
Act as a strategic partner to GTM and executive leadership, aligning hiring priorities with growth plans
Build talent pipelines proactively using market intelligence and creative sourcing
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth tech company
Experience in GTM recruiting is required
Strong sourcing capability and talent-market fluency, especially in Sales, Marketing, and CS profiles
Skilled in using data and analytics to inform strategy and optimize conversion rates
Proactive and resourceful with a passion for building systems and processes
