Senior TI Superintendent

Summary

The Senior TI Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations for complex commercial interior projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing fast-paced TI projects in occupied and unoccupied environments, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage daily field operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field-related issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Manage site logistics and ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Provide mentorship and oversight to assistant superintendents and field staff.
• Participate in constructability reviews and provide input during preconstruction.
• Track and document project progress, including daily reports and photographs.
• Support punch list completion, commissioning, and final turnover.
