General Manager or Plant Manager Opportunity - Broadview IL

Mount Kemble Search Group has partnered with a highly successful and growing client in the Broadview IL area, looking for an experienced General Manager OR Plant Manager to join their leadership team and help drive continued growth.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will possess a general manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse and business background. This is a hands-on leadership role that brings the functional departments together within the company to achieve our strategic and customer service goals.

This position will oversee the entire organization. You will direct and coordinate activities of the organization to obtain optimum efficiency and maximize profits.
