Sr. Finance Director

Overview

Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Senior Finance Director for our client, a social services nonprofit organization in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This role is on-site, full-time and along the I-95 corridor.

Responsibilities

• Guide strategic financial decision-making in alignment with organizational goals.
• Supervise finance staff and collaborate with program and fundraising teams.
• Lead all accounting functions : A / P, A / R, audits, reporting, and payroll.
• Oversee forecasting, financial analysis planning, and budgeting.
• Present financials to the Board of Directors and other executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with nonprofit GAAP, IRS regulations, and funding requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive base salary of $130,000 - $140,000 (DOE), our client offers generous time off, a 401(K) plan, and health, dental and vision insurance, and an opportunity to work with an amazing team making impact for the community at all levels.
