Job Summary
Key player in the capital markets readiness team, leading the organization through the development of an S-1 filing, while supporting new financial reporting processes and improvements to the control environment. Recommend and assist in the implementation and execution of changes to the Company’s processes, procedures and / or accounting policies needed for long-term sustainability and efficiency. Actively participate in the preparation, review and analysis of the Company’s financial performance and management of its financial goals. This role will work closely with areas within Corporate Finance, Actuarial and other teams.
