Senior Project Manager - Martech

Grand Circle seeks an exceptionally talented and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Technology team supporting Marketing Technology and Operations.

As a Senior Project Manager with experience in marketing technology implementations, you will take the lead in delivering impactful MarTech solutionsespecially platforms like Adobe Campaign and Marketer Studio. You know how to bring together cross-functional teams and complex requirements to drive successful, customer-centric marketing outcomes.

In this role, you will manage projects from initiation through to post-launch support. You will gather business requirements, build out detailed project plans, and align stakeholders around clear goals and timelines. You'll work closely with marketing, IT, Engineering, Analytics, Data, and external vendors to deliver integrated marketing systems that support segmentation, automation, and personalization.

You understand how to translate business needs into technical solutions, and you are not afraid to take ownership of timelines, risks, and performance metrics. Your ability to manage both people and platforms will ensure each project launches smoothly and delivers real value to the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Campaign V7 and / or V8 and Marketer Studio.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish timelines and milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Data / Analytics, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage relationships with implementation partners and solutions partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, budgets, and overall project goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, escalations, and performance tracking.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation for development and integration teams.
  • Oversee platform configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure data governance, integration, and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including KPIs, risks, vendor SLAs, and mitigation plans.
  • Stay current on marketing technology trends and recommend enhancements to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or marketing technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Email Service Platforms and Content Management System implementations / migrations - Adobe Campaign and Marketer's Studio preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM integrations, customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, Workfront).
  • Demonstrated success in managing program budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile certification).
  • Experience with other marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Oracle Eloqua).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they impact MarTech implementation.
