  • Overview :

    This role is ideal for a high-performing, credit-trained commercial lender who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is looking to grow their portfolio with the support of a stable, technology-forward bank.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and manage relationships with local business owners across a range of industries.
    • Originate and structure commercial loans including C&I, equipment financing, owner-occupied and investment real estate.
    • Conduct preliminary underwriting and assess deal feasibility before submission to credit.
    • Collaborate with portfolio managers to maintain and grow client relationships.
    • Track and manage full relationship lifecycle using Abrigo Sageworks CRM.
    • Maintain a personal P&L dashboard to monitor profitability and performance.
    • Meet annual production goals of $10M-$20M in new loan volume, excluding renewals.
    • Contribute to deposit growth and manage overall relationship profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with bank loan policy and pricing standards.

    • Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience with a stable employment history.
    • Proven track record of originating and managing commercial relationships.
    • Strong credit background and ability to perform initial underwriting.
    • Familiarity with Abrigo Sageworks or similar CRM / workflow systems is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term client retention.

    • The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00 / yr.
