Job description

A company is looking for an Incident Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Business Email Compromise (BEC) and Data Mining projects from initiation to completion

Ensure documentation, deadlines, and stakeholder communications are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle

Support other Incident Response projects as needed while collaborating with technical teams and client leadership

Required Qualifications

5+ years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in professional services or consulting

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Comfortable working flexible hours to meet client needs during active projects
