$60, 000-$80, 000 / year + Bonus (up to $15-20K!)

Position Details
- Salary : $60, 000-80, 000 / year (above Dallas market average!)
- Bonus Eligible : Up to $15-20K annually
- Hours : Start between 7 : 00-8 : 30 AM , 8.5-hour workdays
- Dress Code : Business casual
- Perks : $12 / day lunch stipend
- Benefits : Health, Dental, 401(k) after 6 months with 4% match
- Interview Process : One-step onsite : short multiple-choice assessment →meet with Hiring Director
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented expert who can independently manage complex hospital claims. The ideal candidate has :
5-10 years of hospital claims , UB-04 billing , denials , and appeals experienceStrong understanding of hospital revenue cycle managementAbility to "dig deep"into aged accounts and identify the best recovery pathwaysExperience drafting strong medical appealsExcellent communication skills with providers & insurersAbility to interpret payer contracts , reimbursement policies, and coding ( CPT, ICD, modifiers )Comfort working in a research-heavy role focused on older claimsBachelor's degree preferredKey Responsibilities
Manage and collect on denied hospital UB-04 claims with accuracy & efficiencyDraft detailed, persuasive medical appeals to maximize recoveriesInvestigate aged claims and determine optimal strategies for resolutionCommunicate with payers and healthcare providers to expedite outcomesAnalyze claims, coding, and payer rules to identify discrepancies and opportunitiesIf you're an experienced hospital billing professional ready for a high-impact, high-autonomy role , we want to meet you!
