Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and support to advisors on complex financial planning cases

Lead ongoing education and training for advisors on financial planning updates and tools

Evaluate and streamline financial planning processes and systems to enhance scalability and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required

CFP designation required; advanced planning designations preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management

Experience with financial planning technology platforms and tools

Proven ability to lead training and educational programming
