Job Details Seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our firm's operations and success. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and the excitement to jump right in! What you'll be doing: Assist in case evaluation and pre-litigation strategy for various cases Draft pleadings and motions, and propound and respond to discovery Take and defend depositions Conduct research and provide analysis regarding substantive and procedural law Appear in court, arbitration, and mediation Advise on transactional matters and prepare related documents Perform other associate tasks as assigned by leadership, and championing the firm’s mission, ethics, and values.
