Role Overview

• Eternal is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support our primary care focused health program. This role is onsite in New York City at our Chelsea office and offers the opportunity to work directly with motivated, health-conscious individuals while helping to transform data into actionable strategies that optimize recovery, fueling, and long-term health.
• You will collaborate closely with the clinical team, leveraging your expertise to deliver precise, personalized care that supports athletic performance and longevity.
• Work in urgent care setting managing acute and subacute conditions (i.e. Upper Respiratory Infections, minor injuries, rashes)
