Senior Customer Service Specialist

Several hundred customers from the construction industry already trust Bex as their last-mile logistics solution. As part of the Operations Control Center (OCC) team, you will ensure that communication with our customers and users runs smoothly and help make customers enthusiastic Bex fans.
Responsibilities :
- Point of contact for customers for all daily business inquiries
- Coordination of special customer requests and wishes
- Support of sales and dispatch in the clarification of customer inquiries
- Incident management and customer-oriented resolution of incidents
- Assistance in the development, optimization, and automation of processes with the introduction of your own ideas and experiences
Qualifications :
Completed education in logistics or equivalent studies3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, etc.Experience in companies from the construction or logistics industry is desirableFriendly, reliable manner and very good communication skillsHands-on mentality, solution-oriented and highly customer-orientedFluent German spoken and written, English skills desirableAdditional Information :
