Job Description :

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team at Fratessa Forbes Wong Structural Engineers. As a Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of our structural engineering projects.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for various projects in compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and maintenance technicians to schedule routine maintenance tasks.
• Identify and prioritize maintenance needs based on project requirements and safety regulations.
• Monitor and track equipment performance to anticipate maintenance needs and minimize downtime.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure maintenance supplies and services.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of equipment and structures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff as needed.
