General Purpose :
Responsible for controlling rental (lease) accounts to ensure timely payments. Manages delivery, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise. Has thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise, and customer relations. Handles non-renewed accounts promptly. Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
Essential Duties :
Assist in maintaining company Standards of Operation.Maintain accounts on the assigned route with non-renewed percentages at or below company standards (8.9% overall credit Friday / Saturday, 13.9% credit Thursday).Responsible for delivery, retrieval, relocation, and service calls on rented merchandise.Collect monies from deliveries and home visits, ensuring security of funds.Maintain rented units, making minor repairs or returning units for major repairs, then returning repaired units promptly.Verify product details against rental agreements before delivery.Answer phones professionally within three rings.Return merchandise, remotes, manuals, and accessories to stock.Relocate merchandise if customers move without notifying the store, managing recovery or new information.Inspect and refurbish returned rental units to 'like new' condition.Follow the Premier Rental-Purchase Pledge for customer service.Handle customer service issues professionally and promptly.Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and appearance.Ensure inventory security during transport.Maintain accurate financial records and processes.Grow the customer base monthly.Other Duties :
Keep the back room and company vehicle clean.Assist in receiving new merchandise.Additional tasks include :
Taking and verifying customer order forms.Achieving customer and revenue growth.Assisting with store cleaning.Supporting store goals with the manager and supervisor.Requirements :
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.Valid driver's license and good driving record; DOT certification if required.One year of customer contact experience and completion of training.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.Required Skills :
