Job Summary

The Training Specialist – Junior will support the delivery and coordination of training programs across Marine Corps units. Responsibilities include setting up and delivering instructor-led training, collecting feedback, and supporting curriculum updates. The role also involves assisting with training resource management, maintaining training media libraries, and supporting the sustainment of Mobile Training Suites (MTS). The specialist will work closely with the Government’s training leads to ensure training aligns with operational needs and is delivered effectively and professionally.

Specific Responsibilities

• Experience with Marine Corps or DoD training environments
• Familiarity with MarineNet, Blackboard, or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Exposure to Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and ADDIE methodologies
• Experience supporting Mobile Training Suites (MTS) or field-based training delivery
• Marine Corps Train-the-Trainer certification (within the last 5 years)
