Job descriptionPatient Care : Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, dressing wounds, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaboration : Work closely with the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of care are met for all patients. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatments, and any changes in condition. Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assistance : Help with patient mobility and the transition of care when necessary. Safety Protocols : Follow established protocols for infection control, patient safety, and confidentiality. Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland. CPR / BLS certification (required). Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.

Pay Rate : $30 - $34 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shifts Available :
- Day Shift : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM
- Evening Shift : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 30 PM
- Night Shift : 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
Job Summary :

As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
