Role Overview :

This is a full-time, on-site position. You’ll support both the clinical and administrative functions of the practice — from prepping patients and taking vitals to managing records and scheduling. If you’re detail-oriented, great with people, and thrive in a fast-moving setting, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist providers with exams, treatments, and procedures
• Take and record vital signs and patient histories in the EHR
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment is sanitized and stocked
• Administer medications / injections per provider instructions
• Collect specimens and perform basic lab tests
• Educate patients on follow-up care and treatment plans
• Schedule appointments and help manage clinic flow
• Answer phone calls and relay messages appropriately
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
• Support front office tasks as needed
