This role is a swing shift position with compensation starting at $23.00 hourly and a $2.00 hourly shift differential.

Responsibilities

As a  Quality Technician , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance. You’ll support new product launches and ongoing quality initiatives across our operations.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Audit in-process and finished product quality checks
• Maintain accurate records of product testing and inspections
• Investigate quality issues to identify root causes and drive improvements
• Collaborate with team members at all levels — from employees to managers
• Work with corporate and local quality teams to uphold standards
• Recommend process and tooling changes to improve quality and reduce waste
• Implement changes across teams (without direct management responsibility)
