Job description
A leading biopharmaceutical company in California is seeking an experienced senior finance leader. The ideal candidate will drive financial results while leading and developing a skilled finance team. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and the ability to influence strategic decisions. A BS or BA is required, with an MBA or CPA preferred. Experience in bio-tech or pharma is strongly preferred and the candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
