Job description :
- Proficient human resources generalist level experience.
- 5 years of exp minimum and Bachelor's Degree.
- Generates and inputs accurate information into the HRIS.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
- Human Resources laws, theories, principles and best practices (i.e., Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and all applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations).
- Methods used in researching, analyzing and synthesizing data.
- Access, enter data, update, and / or maintain HR-related databases.
