Job Summary :
As a Facilities Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient commissary environment that supports multiple Wolfgang Puck Catering locations across the Dallas area. You’ll lead a small team of dishwashers and stewarding staff while assisting the Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation, equipment care, and overall facility maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise 5–8 team members, primarily dishwashers and stewarding staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Oversee janitorial and subcontractor services including mail operations, shipping & receiving, and groundskeeping.
- Support daily facilities operations, including equipment maintenance, specialty cleaning, and glass washing.
- Communicate effectively across multiple shifts to ensure task completion and consistency.
- Manage moves, additions, and changes within the facility as needed.
- Assist with administrative functions such as invoice management, supply ordering, and pricing.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support commissary operations.
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance, support services, stewarding, or housekeeping.Hands-on experience with stewarding operations and equipment management.Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices.Clear and professional communication skills; Spanish bilingual preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic reporting and documentation.
