Position Overview :
We are seeking an Admitted Attorney with a robust background in personal injury litigation for an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in medicine, demonstrating a passionate commitment to protecting the interests of healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Represent clients in all stages of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.
Display a strong interest in and commitment to healthcare law, particularly in the defense of physicians and hospitals.
Engage in Labor Law / General Liability cases, offering a broad exposure to various aspects of legal defense. " Work closely with an assigned partner, benefiting from personalized advice, training, and guidance for professional development.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the firm, contributing to our firm's reputation for excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Must be an admitted attorney with significant experience in personal injury litigation.
A demonstrated interest in medicine and healthcare law.
A strong desire to advocate on behalf of healthcare providers. " Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
