Data Entry Specialist – Licensing Support

Location : Phoenix (border of Tempe) | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$17 / hr
Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
W2
Start date : ASAP

ROLE IMPACT

The Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records across over 5,000 agencies. This position supports licensing operations through high-volume data input, document indexing, and coordination with agency contacts to ensure timely processing of renewals, appointments, and audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter and update Error & Omissions and License Renewal requests in internal systems

Process new agency appointments and track required contract documentation

Index agency documentation into the licensing department imaging system

Handle producer appointment requests, including priority same-day entries

Communicate with agency personnel during compliance and documentation reviews

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent

3+ years in a clerical, administrative, or business-related role

Basic understanding of the insurance industry (Property & Casualty preferred)

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

Accuracy and speed in high-volume data entry

Exposure to licensing, compliance, or audit workflows
