The Server is a valuable member of Gracie’s service team, acting as the primary representative of Gracie’s during the guest experience. This person provides a memorable dining experience at Gracie’s, as well as supporting the team. The ideal candidate enjoys creating a sincere guest connection, has a passion for food and beverage, and can execute our SOP specification and uphold Gracie’s high standards of service.

Success in this role can be measured by the following criteria :
Front servers at Gracie's are required to maintain a detailed working knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information. Front Servers, in particular, are also required to maintain a high level of knowledge of wines, including our by-the-glass selections, as well as pairing wines and bottles. Front servers should also have a solid understanding of what we offer on our bar menu.
Compensation :
This position is an hourly position, plus additional gratuity. Rate is based on experience, starting from $4 / hr.+ Gratuity after basic training is completed at minimum wage. Our gratuity points system will be discussed during the interview process.
