• Position Overview :
• We're hiring Clinical Quality Assurance Analysts to support a remote healthcare coordination team. This role is ideal for licensed nurses with strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, looking for a full-time work-from-home opportunity.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Review and verify clinical documentation and referrals
• Ensure services provided align with client expectations and insurance policies
• Communicate findings via phone and email
• Edit and finalize reports for clarity and accuracy
• Manage time-sensitive cases with strong organizational skills
• Requirements :
• Active RN or LPN license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Clinical experience (bedside or general nursing preferred)
• Previous remote work experience is a plus
• Reliable home office setup :
• Desktop or laptop (no tablets / Chromebooks)
• High-speed internet (DL speed >

20 Mbps)

• Willingness to use a second monitor
• Ability to hardwire into internet
• Work Environment :
• This is a performance-driven role with accountability to metrics. Candidates must be fully focused during work hours-no multitasking with personal responsibilities.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $28.50 / hr.
