Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
Provide personalized care with kindness, respect, and dignity.
Foster a safe and socially engaging environment.
Monitor and document resident health and well-being.
Support residents’ emotional and physical health through compassionate care.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Valid CNA certification in Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent
COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to comply with requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for working in rehabilitation, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities
