Your work schedule is designed to give you your evenings and weekends back! This is a Monday through Friday, in-person, collaborative role based in Dallas, TX, with full support from your team right beside you every day.

A typical day for our Healthcare Provider Account Refund Specialist involves you fully owning the recovery cycle for your portfolio of accounts, proactively making phone calls to build trust-based relationships and communicate with medical providers, and continually educating them to facilitate a seamless Refund process. You use your healthcare knowledge and our supporting analytical documentation to diplomatically overcome obstacles and objections, expertly adapting your communication style based on provider responsiveness and concerns as you diligently maintain detailed records and case notes per account in the CRM.
