Senior Product Manager / Product Engineer - Tampa / Orlando

Why this role exists

We’re scaling TrustLayer’s platform , and to get there, we need a technical, hands-on product leader who’s comfortable bridging product discovery, prototyping, GTM strategy, and engineering execution .

You’ll own the full product lifecycle : understanding problems, prototyping solutions, validating ideas with customers, shaping pitches, and collaborating with GTM teams on positioning and launch strategy . You’ll instrument metrics, experiment to move key business outcomes, and work closely with engineering to ship and iterate. You’re not afraid to read code, explore APIs, and build quick prototypes to accelerate learning.

What you’ll do

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and define clear product opportunities .
• Shape pitches around prototypes , testing ideas early to de-risk big bets, and collaborate with engineering to size cycles effectively.
• Use data and customer insights to validate assumptions, kill bad ideas early, and double down on what works.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows across discovery and prototyping to test solutions faster and smarter.
