Job descriptionReview accounts to identify delinquent payments and initiate collection efforts Conduct follow-up calls to collect outstanding invoices and charge-backs Perform financial risk analysis to monitor credit risk within assigned accounts Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to provide updates on account status Evaluate customer records and recommend appropriate credit actions Maintain accurate credit databases and review credit-held orders daily Provide backup support for other collection analysts as needed Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or business Minimum of 1 years of analytical experience in accounting or finance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
