Job Description

This team is dedicated to supporting our top North American Multinational Chain, Foodservice, and Retail customers ensuring tailored solutions, seamless collaboration, and exceptional service at every touchpoint. This role is responsible for providing order management and customer service to Lamb Weston's customers, serving as the primary order contact for both customers and sales teams. Daily responsibilities include processing customer orders and change orders received through various channels, delivering timely and customer-centric responses to inquiries, and collaborating across the Supply Chain organization to meet and exceed Lamb Weston's service metric standards. The role interacts with a wide range of internal departments including Sales, Sales Support, Planning, Logistics, and Shared Services. Additionally, this position serves as a foundational role within the Customer Centric Operations team, offering opportunities for growth into more advanced customer operations and supply chain roles through demonstrated performance and cross-functional collaboration.
