The Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative (PSR) represents the face of the organization to patients, ensuring exceptional care during specimen collection and processing. This role requires strong phlebotomy expertise, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining compliance with all safety and confidentiality standards.
